Terms & Conditions Cancellation Policy All Reservations require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and vehicle. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. If you cancel within those 7 days you will only receive 25% of the total amount paid refunded. Invoices will include a 4% processing fee if payment is made by credit or debit card. A fuel surcharge will be added to certain bookings/events pending current gas prices. 20% Gratuity will be added on certain bookings or events. Tolls will be added if the route permits.
